No. Free supports up to three assessed people without a time limit or a payment card. You get the same core feedback, calibration and coaching workflow.
You keep paid access until the end of the paid billing period. We retain your development records. If your active roster exceeds your new limit, the workspace becomes read-only until an administrator archives people or upgrades. Archiving is reversible.
Yes. Team costs $190 USD/year and Team Plus costs $490 USD/year, paid upfront. That’s two months free compared with monthly billing. You can choose either billing period in your workspace.
Each person can receive a self, manager and sales-partner questionnaire per cycle. Sales partners answer a shorter set of questions about behaviours they have observed. Perspectives remain separate for an evidence-led conversation.
